BASEBALL

South Side at Liberty

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Players to watch: South Side’s Trevor Kenner; Liberty’s Clayton Parker

Note; South Side is 2-0 and Liberty is 0-2 in the District 14-AA North Division.

 

Hardin County at North Side

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Players to watch: Hardin County’s Kendall Adkisson; North Side’s Colie Currie

Note: Hardin County is 4-2 in District 13-AAA play and a win will give the Tigers the No. 2 seed in the tournament.

 

Tipton-Rosemark at JCS

Time: 7 p.m.

Players to watch: JCS’ Matt Poteete

Note: JCS is 8-1 in district play and is trying to earn the No. 1 seed.

 

Chester County at McNairy Central

Time: 4:30 p.m.

Players to watch: Chester County’s Zach Phillips; McNairy Central’s Matt Chandler

Note: Chester County is 4-0 in District 14-AA South Division play. McNairy Central is 3-1. McNairy needs a sweep of the two-game series to win the No. 1 seed in the district tournament.

 

Huntingdon at Bruceton

Time: 5 p.m.

Players to watch: Huntingdon’s Seth Fields

Note: District 13-A contest

 

Scotts Hill at Adamsville

Time: 6 p.m.

Players to watch: Scotts Hill’s Jarrett Cavness; Adamsville’s John Reed Odom

Note: Scotts Hill is 3-2 in District 15-A play, while Adamsville is 3-3. Both teams are fighting for the No. 2 seed in the tournament along with TCA.

 

Haywood at South Gibson

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Players to watch: Haywood’s Blake Porch; South Gibson’s Tyler England

 

SOFTBALL
Tipton-Rosemark at JCS

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Players to watch: JCS’ Jada Jones

Note: Winner is in first place in the Division II-A West Region

 

Chester County at South Side

Time: 7 p.m.

Players to watch: Chester County’s Jana Frye; South Side’s Ke’Shunan James

 

Lexington at Riverside

Time: 5 p.m.

Players to watch: Lexington’s Candace Maness; Riverside’s Brooke Kennedy
